Wins bronze in Nationals

Jay Mehta, a Grade 9 student of ‘I Can The Learning Centre School,’ represented Karnataka and won a Bronze Medal in Boys – Cadets Individual Kumite (+70 kg) category at the recently concluded National Karate Championship organised by Karate Association of India at J.J. Indoor Stadium in Chennai. Jay has been training under Sensei S. Prajwal at Prajwal Karate Dojo (PKD), Mysuru, since four years and is a brown belt in International Mabuni-Ha Shito-Ryu Karate Association (IMSKA) – India led by National Style Chief N.G. Shihan Sivdas.
