Mysore/Mysuru: A woman bike rider arguing with the Police for stopping her bike during lockdown hours and trying to ride away took place in city yesterday and the video of the incident has gone viral on social media.

Yesterday, the Police, who were conducting checking on Valmiki Road, stopped a woman and a pillion rider holding a dog and women Police personnel questioned her for moving around during lockdown hours.

Irked over the Police questioning her alone, the woman questioned the Police as to why only she was being stopped while other motorists were moving around and tried to move the bike only to be surrounded by other Police personnel. It was only after the woman told the Police that she had gone to the Veterinary Hospital to get her dog treated and showed the prescription and medicines, she was advised to behave properly with the Police and was allowed to go.
