Woman loses gold chain in city bus

Mysore/Mysuru: A woman’s gold mangalya chain has been lifted in a city bus.

The woman, who lost her gold chain is 47-year-old Bharati, a resident of Hebbal 2nd Stage in city. Bharati, who had gone to her relative’s house to attend Satyanarayana puja on Feb. 13, boarded Route No. 119 near K.R. Hospital at about 3.45 pm and by the time the bus reached Akashvani Circle, someone had lifted her 50 grams gold chain.

A case has been registered at V.V. Puram Police Station.
