Plant Clinic, Department of Studies in Botany, Manasagangothri, has organised ‘A  Day with Farmers’ workshop on ‘Organic Farming’ at its Linnaeus Hall on Mar. 3 at 10.30 am. A.H. Jayaram, Director, Green Path, Shivamogga, will talk on ‘Organic Farming: Prospects and Challenges.’

Dr. C. Govindraju, Senior Farm Superintendent, Organic Farming Extension Centre, Naganahalli will address on ‘Crop Protection in Organic Farming’ and Prof. Sathyanarayana Bhat, former Professor, Govt. Ayurveda Medical College, Mysuru, will speak on ‘Organic Foods and Health.’
