Yamini Muthanna enthrals audience in Kodagu

Noted danseuse Yamini Muthanna is seen performing at Federation of Kodava Samajas, Balugodu, Kodagu district, yesterday. The event, organised by April Festival Committee, attracted more than 1,000 spectators. According to Kallichanda Nataraj of April Festival Committee, the event was aimed at giving a platform for artistes from Kodagu to display their talent. Yamini Muthanna is an exponent and teacher of Bharatanatyam and ‘Hatha Yoga.’ She is the artistic director of KYAAT ensemble ‘Kalasinchanam Yogasthala Ancient Arts Trust,’ a centre for learning Bharatanatyam.
