YHAI’s Trekking Programme

Youth Hostels Association of India (YHAI), Gangothri Unit, Mysuru, has organised a separate trekking programme for the following places: Feb. 20: Chamundi Hill, Water Adventure Programme at Varuna Lake, Mysuru taluk and visit to ‘Payana’ Car Museum.

Feb. 21: Trek to Bhimana Kindi near Kanchanahalli, Halaguru, Malavalli taluk and visit to Somanathapura temple (UNESCO Heritage Site) near T. Narasipur.

Feb. 22: Trek to Sri Sidilu Mallikarjunaswamy Betta near Bettadapura, Periyapatna taluk and visit to Golden Temple at Bylakuppe, near Kushalnagar. Interested participants may register their names by calling Mob: 94490-47132 or 94486-00489, according to a press release from YHAI Vice-President K.M. Gopamma.
