Yoga sessions relieve stress among patients

Mysore/Mysuru: Vyakthi Vikasana Kendra has organised a ten-day yoga session for Corona-infected inpatients at Mandakalli Covid Care Centre (CCC).

In an effort to boost their morale and improve physical health, Yogasana, Pranayama, Dhyana and Omkara recitation were taught by senior yoga experts Naganandini, G. Anand, Suresh Bharadwaj and Ravi Kumar at the Mandakalli CCC premises every day from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm. Recuperated patients still are continuing to practice yoga under the guidance of these yoga teachers. 

Nearly 180 COVID patients are currently undergoing treatment here at the Centre. District Administration and the public have lauded Vyakthi Vikasana Kendra for its noble efforts.
