Nanjangud: A 25-year-old youth was killed on the spot, when a Police vehicle rammed into the bike he was riding in front of Nanjangud Traffic Police Station yesterday night.

The deceased is Abhi, son of late Raju and a resident of Muddahalli village in the taluk, who was working as a cook.

Yesterday night, Abhi was proceeding on his bike (KA-09-HM-2984) to Muddahalli and when he was passing in front of Nanjangud Traffic Police Station, a Police vehicle, which came from the Police Station rammed into the bike, injuring Abhi seriously, who breathed his last on the spot.

Nanjangud Traffic Police have registered a case.
