Youth killed in road mishap

Mysore/Mysuru: S. Pavan (22), resident of Boti Bazar, Devaraja Mohalla in city, who was coming from Deve Gowda Circle to the city yesterday night around 11 pm on his Bajaj Access Scooter, lost control after his vehicle skidded near the new DC’s Office at Siddarthanagar on Bannur Road and hit the median pole.

He suffered serious injuries in the mishap and was shifted to nearby Male Mahadeshwara Hospital by the public where he succumbed to  serious injuries.

Siddarthanagar Traffic Police Inspector Yogesh conducted the mahazar and sent the body to MMC&RI mortuary.

After the post-mortem, the body of the deceased was handed over to his family members.
