Youths say cheese…

October 6, 2022

Mysore/Mysuru: Be it any big or small event, youngsters are everywhere busy clicking selfies and are eager to upload them on social media. As the Jumboo Savari procession passed through K.R. Circle and went further, many youths were seen clicking selfies in the middle of Raja Marga. However, crowds of youths were seen clicking selfies in front of Kote Anjaneyaswamy Temple, Chamaraja Wadiyar Circle, Krishnaraja Wadiyar and Chamaraja Wadiyar’s statues etc.

Police, who tried to control the crowd, unfortunately had no choice but remain silent as people were coming more in numbers near the K.R. Circle. A few took selfies with the folk troupe artistes who were returning back from Bannimantap after the procession. Besides, some people were busy taking pictures and clicking selfies in front of the LED lights and also by parking their bikes in front of the main streets just to click pictures with illumination on the backdrop.
