Mysuru: No complaints were lodged or grievances aired at the Postal Adalat organised at the Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Mysuru Division office in Yadavagiri till 1.30 pm yesterday. Postal Adalat is held once in three months and during the last Adalat on Mar.12, only three letters with suggestions were received.
During the Postal Adalat, the public can lodge complaints and air their grievances regarding late delivery of posts and parcels, irresponsible behaviour of Postman or Post Office staff etc.
Meanwhile, Assistant Superintendent of Post Offices, Mysuru Division, N. Vasudevan, speaking to SOM, said that the public can lodge complaints and air their grievances in writing or oral on all the days. He added that the public can also lodge complaints by logging on to www.indiapost.gov.in.
