D.A. Vimala (83), a retired Government School teacher, passed away in city last evening. A spinster, Vimala leaves behind her brother Prof. D.A. Shankar (Professor Emeritus, University of Mysore) and a sister. Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill this morning.
