Rtn. P.V. Ramdas (62), Assistant Governor, Zone-8, Rotary District 3181 and a resident of Srinagar, passed away yesterday at his residence in city. He leaves behind his wife, three sons and a host of Rotarians, relatives and friends. Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill here this morning.
