This is the pathetic state of the 11th Cross Road in V.V. Mohalla, used by motorists daily. Residents say that despite several requests and lodging several complaints, the authorities concerned have turned a deaf ear to this problem. They have urged the authorities concerned to take steps to asphalt the road at the earliest.
