38th Oxygen Express reaches Bengaluru

Bengaluru: The 38th Oxygen Express carrying 77.39 tonnes Liquid Medical Oxygen reached the Inland Container Depot, Whitefield, Bengaluru from Rourkela, Odisha.

This train has carried Liquid Medical Oxygen using 4 Cryogenic Containers.

Indian Railways has so far run 443 Oxygen Expresses and transported more than 32,000 tonnes of Liquid Medical Oxygen in 1,830 tankers all over the country and brought relief to 15 States in their fight against Covid-19.

So far, Karnataka has received 4,226.2 tonnes of Liquid Medical Oxygen by Rail.
