Three students offered Rs. 26 lakh package

Mysuru:  Annual  campus placements are significantly rising year by year at  JSS Science and Technology University (SJCE).

This year, companies visited the campus in full strength offering higher pay packages for the selected students.  

The highest pay package offered this year is Rs. 26 lakh per annum to three students by a major software company from Bengaluru.  There is a significant increase in average pay from Rs.4.68 lakh CTC (Cost to Company) to Rs. 7.5 lakh CTC per annum.

Overall 750 offers were made to 554 engineering students by 145 companies while MBA students have bagged 76 offers. The pay packages offered by the companies have shown a remarkable increase of 30% in offer this year.  

Another noticeable aspect this year is that over 100 students have been offered internships for six months converting them into full time job offer later, according to a press release.
