Madikeri: Kendra Sahitya Academy member and senior theatre Director from Kodagu Addanda Cariappa will deliver a lecture on the topic ‘National recognition for Kannada theatre’ at the ‘Ranga Saptaha’ programme going on at Dharwad’s Srujana Rangamandira tomorrow (Aug.9).

The week-long programme on matters concerning the theatre, organised by Karnataka Mahavidyalaya, Dharwad, as part of its centenary celebrations, was launched on Aug.6 and will conclude on Aug.12.

Many theatre personalities and playwrights including Veteran writer Dr. Siddalinga Pattanashetty, actor Doddanna and theatre personality Yeshwant Sardeshpande are taking part in this programme.
