Mysuru:  Metagalli Police have arrested a person accused of killing his wife in city.

The arrested person is Umesh, a resident of Bhyraweshwara Nagar in city. Umesh, who used to allegedly harass his wife for dowry, had strangulated her with a veil on Aug.31 and had gone absconding, it is learnt.

Based on the complaint lodged by the victim’s parents, Metagalli Police, who had registered a case in this regard, had launched a hunt to nab Umesh and nabbed him recently.
