Submit your grievances before Oct. 31
Mysuru: With Urban Development Minister U.T. Khader scheduled to hold MUDA Adalat on Nov. 12, the Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) has begun receiving applications from public pertaining to their grievances from today.
The MUDA has set up a Spandana Counter at its front office to receive applications.
The aggrieved public can submit their applications in a pink coloured printed format attached with a light blue coloured printed form which has a list of seven types of services rendered by MUDA.
Services include: Site/house transfer or registration; Ownership transfer in case of death of owner; Stipulation of site/house tax; Issuance of Title Deed; Alternative site allocation; Issuance of certified copies of allotment letter; Possession certificate; Khata etc., and sanction of plans for private layouts.
The applications are issued at MUDA Office and the aggrieved members of the public can submit them along with necessary documents till Oct. 31 on all working days.
MUDA officials will screen all applications received and try to address them at their level. However, those applications which require the sanction of topmost authorities, will be placed before the Urban Development Minister at the Adalat for disposal. All the applicants, whose applications are forwarded to be disposed off at MUDA Adalat, will be informed to appear on Nov. 12.
