Mysuru: Gramanthara Buddijeevigala Balaga has invited entries from outstanding personalities of various fields to present State-level Vishwamanya Kannadiga Award as part of its 34th anniversary.

Those who have contributed for the progress of the society in the field of promoting Kannada and literature, music, education, theatre, yakshagana, folklore, social and medical service, children and women welfare, empowerment of  rural people and differently-abled can apply for the award.

The selected persons will be feted at the State-level literary festival to be organised by the Balaga in memory of poet laureate Kuvempu at Mysuru soon.
