Mysore: Miscreants have stabbed to death a 52-year-old man near Makkaji Chowk in city on Sunday night.

The deceased is Krishna, a native of Holenarasipur. Krishna, who had left his place many years ago, had come to Mysuru and was selling beedi and cigarettes on the roadside for his living. He used to sleep in front of a godown near Makkaji Chowk.

On Sunday night, some miscreants stabbed Krishna to death with a knife, the Police said.

Lashkar Police, who have registered a case in this regard, are investigating.
