Bengaluru:  A CBI Special Court at Bengaluru on Friday extended the CBI custody of IMA (I Monetary Advisory) Founder Mansoor Khan till Sept.30 in connection with the multi-crore IMA scam.

The Court also handed over another accused Naveen to CBI custody, while two other accused Nizamuddin and Nassir Hussain to judicial custody till Oct.5.

Mansoor Khan, who is in CBI custody, was produced before the CBI Special Court after his custody ended on Friday, when the CBI Counsel Sudarshan sought extension of Mansoor Khan’s custody as the investigation was incomplete.

The Court, upholding the CBI Counsel’s contention, extended Mansoor Khan’s custody till Sept.30.
