Top-seed Grand Master M.S. Thejkumar from Mysuru, taking part in the 13th BRDCA International Open FIDE Rated Chess Tournament at Bengaluru, was held to a draw by Y. Sethumadhav in the fourth round of the Tournament played on Saturday.

Fourth round: Sethumadhav (3.5) drew with M.S. Thejkumar (3.5), Chakravarthi Reddy (4) bt V. Subramaniam (3), Vishnu Menon (3) lost to N. Lokesh (4), S. Prasanna (4) bt Avinash Vaidyanathan (3), T. Pranay Vijay (3) lost to Hrishikesh (4), Ashwin Sriram (3) lost to P. Phoobalan (4), Ravi Hegde (4) bt T. Virothi (3), K. Ganeshan (3) lost to K. Gunasekaran (4), Ramachandra Bhat (3.5) drew with Venkata Krishna Karthik (3.5).
