Prize winners in various contests

Mysuru: The students of The Orchids Public School have secured 2nd Runner-up position in the competitions organised by Mysore Round Table 21 and Mysore Ladies Circle 9.

The team performed a mime, solo dance and group song to depict the theme ‘Technology and Social Media – Finding the Right Balance’ and also participated in the Essay Writing and Debate competitions on the same topic.

Disha A. Gowda – 1st place in English Debate; Riya Ganesh – 2nd in Solo Dance; Kusuma Varshini – 2nd in Kannada Essay. Their mentors were Shilpashree, B.J. Asha and Prasanna M. Madivala.
