Mysore/Mysuru: A 75-year-old man, Obeed Jayaprasad, son of Bozar Obed, who was on his way home at Hanumanthanagar, was killed when a tipper hit his Honda Activa this morning. 

The tipper ran over him after he fell down losing balance as the heavy vehicle hit his scooter. The incident occurred near Government School for The Deaf and The Dumb, Bamboo Bazaar between Old RMC Circle and Moulana Abul Kalam Circle. 

N.R. Traffic Police led by Inspector R. Diwaker conducted mahazar, shifted the body to MMC&RI mortuary. Police have seized both the vehicles.
