Hemchand Jain (86), Owner of Aslaji Hemchand Jain & Sons Metalware Shop and Arunoday Appliances and a Trustee of Asha Kirana Charitable Trust, Mysuru, passed away yesterday at 11 am at his Siddarthanagar residence in city.

He is survived by his two sons and in-laws — Vasanth Jain, Padma Vasanth Jain and Suresh Kumar Jain, Beena Suresh Jain. Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill.

The Chairman, Trustees and Staff of Asha Kirana Hospital have condoled his death.
