Vanity bag containing cash snatched in city

Mysuru: Bike-borne miscreants have snatched a vanity bag containing cash and other items from a woman near Ramaswamy Circle yesterday evening.

The woman, who lost her vanity bag is Nimisha Nandakumar, a resident of Kuvempunagar in city. Nimisha was walking near Ramaswamy Circle at about 4.30 pm yesterday, when two miscreants, who came on a bike from behind, snatched her vanity bag containing Rs. 7,000 cash, mobile phone and house keys and sped away.

Lakshmipuram Police have registered a case and are investigating.
