Housing and Infrastructure Development Minister V. Somanna will be in city on Jan. 24 to take part in various programmes. The Minister, who will arrive at 9 am in city, will drive straight to Sri Chamundeshwari Temple atop Chamundi Hill to have the darshan of Goddess Chamundeshwari and will visit Suttur Mutt at the foot of the hill at 9.30 am.

At 10 am, Minister Somanna will take part in the wedding of former MLA  A.R. Krishnamurthy’s daughter at Sa.Ra. Convention Hall on Dattagalli Ring Road and will attend the inauguration of private multi-speciality hospital on Krishna Vilas Road at 10.30 am.

At 11.30 am, the Minister will take part in the progress review meeting at Zilla Panchayat pertaining to selection of beneficiaries, implementation of various housing schemes and development works which will also be attended by the MP, MLAs, Deputy Commissioner, ZP CEO and officials. The Minister will leave for Bengaluru at 4 pm same day.

Urban Development Minister

Urban Development Minister B.A. Byrathi Basavaraj will be arriving in Mandya on Jan 20 at 1.30 pm and will be taking part in the Mandya Urban Development Authority’s progress review meeting at 3 pm.
