Mysore/Mysuru: A 52-year-old man, said to be depressed in life, committed suicide by hanging self at his room in Krishnamurthypuram here yesterday noon.

The deceased has been identified as M.S. Nagaraju, son of late N. Siddegowda, a resident of Kuvempunagar. Nagaraju, who was rearing cows and supplying milk was staying in a room at Krishnamurthypuram.

Lakshmipuram Sub-Inspector B.S. Bandi and staff, who rushed to the spot, conducted mahazar, during which a death note stating “I am responsible for my death” was found. Lakshmipuram Police, who have registered a case, are investigating.
