Mysuru, Sept. 19- Dr. Magda Medini of the Hall of Fame of Sports Karate Association, Mysuru and winner of many State and National Awards in the fields of Arts, Sports and Science, was felicitated and honoured by the 7th Dan, WKF, 8th Dan KAI, Asian Karate Federation Judge and President, Founder – NKAI, Hanshi N. Shankara recently, during the National-level Karate Championship-2022 organised by the National Karate Association of India, in Chamundi Vihar Stadium, Mysuru, for presiding as the Medical Officer In-Charge at the Sports Event.
She is also a passionate poetess and author of her debut novel ‘Ti Voglio Bene,’ published in December 2021, has won three National Awards with two medals, three citations and one golden trophy — All India Best Writers Award 2022 by Profound Writers, Sahitya Kosh Samman and Tagore Commemorative honour on Rabindra Jayanthi 2022 for literary endeavour and contribution towards excellence in literature, inspiring aspirants in the domain and her interview titled “A Real Story Written With Real Efforts” has been published in the well-known ‘Lit Gleam,’ a literature and lifestyle magazine, June 2022 edition, of Blue Rose One Publishers.
Dr. Magda Medini is an MBBS graduate from Al-Ameen Medical College and Hospital, Vijayapura, with Post-Graduate Diploma in Clinical Cosmetology (PGDCC) from Indian Institute of Cosmetology, Aesthetics and Nutrition, Pune. Dr. Magda Medini has been a Medical Officer in prestigious industries like ITC Food, Nestle, Automotive Axles Pvt. Ltd. and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Vsd Diesel Engine Pvt. Ltd.
At present, Dr. Magda Medini is the Medical Officer in Manipal Hospitals, Mysuru.
