As part of International Women’s Day, Sridevi Mahila Sangha, Ramakrishnanagar, has organising various competitions for women at its premises on Mar. 30 at 10 am. Last date for registration is Mar. 29.  Cool Drinks contest: Must be healthy, free from chemicals and pure vegetarian prepared by the contestants at home and should be kept for display along with a short write-up about the preparation. Fashion Show: Contestants should wear sarees in traditional style, should speak impressively about saree and do a ramp walk and three games of one minute each. ‘Mane Maddu,’ a special programme by Ayurveda specialist Dr. Chandrashekar, followed by  cultural programmes.
