Mysore Grahakara Parishat (MGP) has organised a meeting on Ward Committees at 4 pm today at its premises in Yadavagiri.  An activist of JANAGRAHA, an NGO which has done enormous amount of work on this topic and spearheading this activity in Karnataka, will be interacting with the participants.

MGP aims to make the Ward Committees a reality in Mysuru so that it would be easier for MGP to have a strong movement to save Chamundi Hill, save Lakes, protect Parks, get back footpaths, etc.
