Bike-borne miscreants snatch mobile phone

Mysuru: An incident of bike-borne miscreants snatching a mobile phone from a person who was talking over the phone has been reported near the private bus stand at the old RMC here on Saturday.

The person, who lost his mobile phone worth about Rs. 14,000, has been identified as Nagendra. Nagendra, who was walking near the private bus stand at the Old RMC, got a call on his cell phone and after receiving the call, he stopped near Panchamukhi Ganapathy Temple and continued his conversation, when three miscreants who came in a bike snatched his mobile phone and fled from the spot despite there being a lot of people around.

Mandi Police, who have registered a case in this regard, are investigating.
