Mahadevaswamy (63), an artist and a resident of Chamarajanagar, passed away yesterday.

A native of Mysuru, he leaves behind his wife Yashodamma, son Vinyas and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were held at Adi Karnataka Burial Grounds in Gandhinagar, Mysuru, this afternoon, according to family sources.
