Mysuru: Preethi Mahadev has been awarded Ph.D in Computer Science by the University if Mysore for her thesis ‘Incremental dimensionality reduction in high dimensional databases’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. P. Nagabhushan. She is the daughter of Dr. K. Mahadev, ex-Syndicate Member of UoM.

H.N. Meenakshi has been awarded Ph.D in Computer Science by the UoM for her thesis ‘Target class guided dimensionality reduction and consequent image compression’ [Guide: Dr. P. Nagabhushan].

Balraj has been awarded Ph.D in English  by the UoM for his thesis ‘Terror and trauma: Geopolitical discourse in the 9/11 novel’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. P. Venkatesh.

H.E. Mahadeva Nayaka has been awarded Ph.D in  Kannada by the UoM for his thesis ‘Mahila Kathegalu: Dalita Samskrutika Sankathanagala Nele’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. N.K. Lolakshi.
