District Minister on 4-day visit

District Minister Dr. H.C. Mahadevappa is arriving in the city this evening (Jan. 10) on a 4-day visit. He will arrive by road at 6 pm and stay overnight. On Jan. 11, he will take part in a local event at 11 am. He is scheduled to inaugurate State-level Kho-kho tournament for men at Vivekananda Stadium in Kuvempunagar at 6.30 pm. On Jan. 12, Dr. Mahadevappa will take part in the State-level co-curricular activities programme for Primary and High School teachers at Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development and Human Resources Training Centre, Mysuru-Bengaluru Road at 10.30 am. He will take part in the inauguration of Bahuroopi Theatre Festival at Kalamandira at 5.30 pm. He will leave for Bengaluru by road at 12 noon on Jan. 13.
