CII’s symposium on inspiring women

Mysore/Mysuru: The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Mysuru, is organising a symposium on ‘Inspiring women to live fulfilling lives-2026’ on Feb. 13.

Themed “A Holistic Well-being Symposium,” it is designed as a high-impact platform to inspire and equip women to lead fulfilling lives, personally and professionally, through practical, experience-led perspectives on well-being, workplace inclusion and sustainable leadership, with SDM Institute for Management Development as the Knowledge Partner.

A special focus will be on women returning to work after a career break, with sessions and takeaways that address confidence-building, readiness and reintegration support.  It will also serve as a purposeful platform, with the intent to connect eligible returning professionals with organisations seeking talent.
