Mysore/Mysuru: Dr. Bharath Kumar Garla has been conferred with Swachhata Champion Award in recognition of his contribution to oral care recycling and environment conservation.

The award was presented by Mysuru City Corporation Commissioner Shaikh Tanveer Asif during an event recently.

According to a press release, Dr. Bharath Kumar was recognised for his innovative initiative dedicated to recycling oral waste such as toothpaste tubes, toothbrush and other dental product. Through Oracycle, he has created awareness among dental clinics, institutions and community about responsible disposal and circular economy practices in oral healthcare.
