Mysore/Mysuru: Nagaveni Bai (90), wife of late Gopalakrishnachar and mother of former MLC G. Madhusudan, passed away yesterday in Bengaluru.

She leaves behind sons G. Madhusudan, G. Shashikumar and G. Sudarshan, daughters-in-law, grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.

Nagaveni was staying at her son Shashikumar’s residence at Rajajinagar in Bengaluru since a few days and was availing medical treatment.

Last rites were held at T.R. Mill Burial Grounds at Chamarajapet in Bengaluru this noon.
