Ban orders around exam centres

Mysuru: With Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) scheduled to conduct PG-CET-2026 for admission to MBA/MCA courses at 9 centres across the city tomorrow (June 14), the City Police have clamped prohibitory orders in 200 mts around all the exam centres tomorrow as a security measure.

Accordingly, barring examinees and exam staff, no unauthorised persons will be allowed entry to exam centres and carrying of objectionable articles around the centres is strictly prohibited.

Also, all photocopy shops and cyber cafes in the vicinity of the exam centres are ordered to shut down during exam hours, according to a press release.
