The Social Welfare Department has invited online applications from eligible SC community students studying in Post-Matric courses such as PUC, Diploma, ITI, Degree, Post-Graduate degree, Nursing, Engineering and other professional courses for availing student scholarship (2026-27).

SC community students whose parents’ annual income does not exceed Rs. 2.5 lakh are eligible to apply. The eligible students are required to apply through the State student scholarship portal ssp.postmatric.karnataka.gov.in, before Jan. 31, 2027. Prior to applying, the students should verify their original documents in respect of  Aadhaar seeding, college details, course details and NSP OTR validation.
