Mysuru: BJP MLC Raghu R. Kautilya will be felicitated at a programme organised under the aegis of Kayaka Samudayagala Okkoota at J.K.Grounds near the city Railway Station tomorrow (July 11).

Addressing a press meet at a private hotel here yesterday, the Okkoota’s Mysuru division Convenor M.N. Lokesh said that State BJP Chief and MLA B.Y. Vijayendra will inaugurate the event at 10 am while MP Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar will preside. Bengaluru Central BJP MP P.C. Mohan, MLCs N. Ravikumar and Kishore Kumar Puttur, K.R. MLA T.S. Srivatsa, former MP Prathap Simha, City BJP President L. Nagendra, District President Kumbralli Subbanna, former MLAs C.S. Niranjan Kumar, N. Mahesh and B. Harshavardhan, former MLCs G. Madhusudhan, Thontadarya and other party leaders will be present on the occasion.

The Okkoota will also thank the BJP on the occasion for giving an opportunity to a Backward Class leader, Lokesh added.
