Mysuru: Noted Humorist and Orator Prof. M. Krishnegowda has been selected for the prestigious Muddurama award (2026) given by city’s Muddurama Pratishtana.

The award carries a cash prize of Rs.50,000 and a citation. He will be conferred the award at a programme to take place at Navajyothi auditorium of JSS Women’s College in Saraswathipuram at 6 pm on July 26.

Suttur Seer Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Swamiji and Adichunchanagiri Mutt Seer Dr. Sri Nirmalanandanatha Swamiji will grace the occasion, according to Pratishtana President K.C. Shivappa.
