Mysuru: A free super speciality health check-up, eye screening and blood donation camp has been organised on Sunday (Aug. 2) jointly by VR Trust, Dr. Shushrutha Gowda Snehabalaga, Dr. Rajesh Eye Hospital and Lions Club Jeevadhara Blood Bank.

The camp will be held at S.M. Krishna Memorial Neuro Zone in Gokulam from 10 am to 1 pm.

Renowned orator and Kannada Scholar Prof. M. Krishnegowda will inaugurate the camp. Hunsur MLA G.D. Harish Gowda will be the chief guest.

The camp will provide free consultations and screening by specialist doctors in various disciplines, including Neurology, Cardiology, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, General Medicine, Women’s Health, Geriatric Care and Digestive Health.

Participants can also avail themselves of blood pressure and blood sugar screening, comprehensive eye examinations, weight and BMI assessment, along with expert medical advice tailored to their health needs.

A voluntary blood donation drive will also be conducted as part of the programme to encourage public participation in saving lives through blood donation.
