An inspiring all-round performance by skipper Hrishab A. Singhavi (63 n.o., and two for 16), helped Excel Public School, Mysuru, to register a facile 54-run win over St. Joseph’s Central School (Vijayanagar) and enter the final in the KSCA-M. Navin Chandar Inter-School Tournament (2017-18), played at the SDNR Wadiyar Grounds here yesterday.

Excel Public School – 159 for six in 30 overs (Hrishab A. Singhavi 63 n.o., Daivkik Sanath three for 28, Amogh Gowda two for 20) bt St. Joseph’s Central School (Vijayanagar), Mysuru – 105 in 21.2 overs (Daivik Sanath 58, Gaghan Prem four for 33, Hrishab A. Singhavi two for 16, Sarvesh Kumar two for seven).

Manasarowar Pushkarini Vidyashrama – 123 in 24 overs (G. Rakshith 41, Anush Prabhu 21, T. Mahendrakumar three for 23, Abhinom G. Jacob three for 16) lost to Marimallappa’s HS – 124 for four in 24 overs (Mahendrakumar 37).

Quarter-finals
