Ninaad: A Musical Soiree

Ninaad, a two-day musical extravaganza was held  in city recently. This year’s theme was Radio Ninaad which  had the station set to 104.6  BIG FM.

On Nov.24, classes I to V showcased their musical talent. Different groups portrayed themes like festivals, dreams and seasons. Their attire was exuberantly vibrant with bright colours and designs.

They started with a band which included violin, drums and synthesizer and played chartbusters from the 1980s.

On Nov.25, it was the turn of classes VI to XI to mesmerise the audience! The themes shown were an amalgamation of classical, western and eastern styles of music.

The seniors also began with a band which played hit songs of this year which received a huge applause by the audience.

This was followed by the various groups which rendered their songs beautifully with tremendous amount of energy.

Then it was the time for the grand finale which ended the mega event leaving the audience enchanted and humming their favourite tunes.
