Mysuru: Prestige Group, the well-known construction company that also develops the popular Forum Malls, opened its first mall in Mysuru.
The Mall, named Forum Centre City, located on Hyder Ali Road near SP office in Nazarbad, was inaugurated by Primary and Secondary Education Minister Tanveer Sait, this morning.
In a press release Prestige Group CMD Irfan Razack said that it was the company’s first project in Mysuru and it was his dream to bring ‘Forum’ to Mysuru and redefine the concept of shopping in city with a world-class mall.
Forum Centre City is built on a 5.85 lakh sq ft land with a retail space of 3.16 lakh sq ft. The Mall has four floors with shops selling everything from branded garments to high-end electronics. It also houses an AC food court and a six-screen PVR multiplex. The Mall also has parking for about 500 cars in the basement. This is the fourth mall in city after Habitat Mall, Mall of Mysore and Garuda Mall.
we dont need this in Mysuru. Globalisation at will kill the authentic/retro look of Mysuru.

No mysore not need this mall it will kill the calmness of of the city and its as good as another metro city. No it must always be a historic city in the map….

Another Tourist Attraction
Tourist attraction??? Why would tourist come to Mysuru to shop in a mall? Why not use this land to develop something for local Mysuru people !!!
It has to develop more!! Prefer the jobs for needy youths of local resides….It is so excited to attract tourists across the world who came to MYSURU >>Please provide more space for parking to avoid traffic jams…
