Mysore/Mysuru: Sleuths of Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) conducted raids on houses of Shivashankaraswamy, Assistant Conservator of Forests (ACF), Sriganda Kote at Aranya Bhavan in city this morning.

The raids were conducted simultaneously on the houses of Shivashankaraswamy in Chamundi Vihar Layout and his relatives houses at Saraswathipuram and T.K. Layout in city and at Muganur village in Mandya district,  ACB SP Dr. Suman D. Pennekar told SOM.

She said the raids were led by S. Parashuramappa and Karim Rautar, both Deputy Superintendents of Police, ACB, following complaints of the ACF amassing wealth disproportionate to known sources of income. The sleuths were examining documents. 

A clear picture will emerge this evening after verification of documents, she added.
