Accident victim succumbs

Srirangapatna: A 52-year-old man, who was seriously injured in a road accident when a car hit him near Vontikoppal Traffic Signal Lights in Mysuru on July 26 and admitted to a private hospital, has succumbed to injuries at the hospital.

The deceased is Boregowda, who was serving as an outsourced employee at the Task Force Division of Cauvery Neeravari Nigam since 21 years and was a resident of Naganahalli in Mysuru taluk.

He leaves behind his wife, two daughters and a host of  relatives and friends.
