Actor Dhruva Sharma no more

Bengaluru: Actor Dhruva Sharma, who represented Karnataka Bulldozers in Celebrity Cricket League (CCL), passed away at M.S. Ramaiah Hospital following multiple organ failure this morning. According to sources, Dhruva Sharma was brought to the hospital after he collapsed at his house on Saturday.

He is survived by his parents, wife and two daughters. Last rites will be held as per Veerashaiva tradition at Kubrahalli in Bengaluru later today.

Dhruva Sharma, who was deaf and dumb, had won the hearts of millions of film goers with  his acting skills.

Dhruva Sharma has acted in movies such as Snehanjali, Bangalore 560023, Ninandre Ishta Kano, Tippajji Circle and Hit List. An adherent fan of cricket, he was also a star player for Karnataka Bulldozers, the Celebrity Cricket League team, which is led by ‘Kiccha’ Sudeep.
